Family Portraits

Here are some photoshopped pictures of my family and the family dog that I made recently.

A Sampling of Video's I've Created or Collaborated On

This first video was created as part of a service we called "Triple Shot Sunday". We would design an entire service that revolved around a certain theme. This was a spoof of Indiana Jones.

Indiana Dan

This video was created for a sermon series called "Cutting Edge." As part of each week we created a commercial spoof playing off of the "Shamwow" ads that were popular at the time.

Cutting Edge

This video was created for a sermon series entitled "Undecided". The variety of topics covered were topics that the creative team thought were issues that society was in large part undecided about. The clip shown here is the series intro video. I also edited and created interviews that we obtained by posting ads on Craigs List. We interviewed 10 people. These videos are available upon request.

Undecided

This video was created after we entered our new facilities. We had to change the aspect on our videos to fit our new projection screens. This video would fill a space that was 48 feet long and 13 feet tall. The series this was created for was entitled "Unseen." It was about people that often go unseen in our society. And how we as the church should reach out to them.

Unseen

I created this video for a Christmas Eve service we held a couple of years ago. The theme was "Delivery."  The person who owned this package store attended our church at the time.

Here is another Christmas Season video intro for a series we did in 2009 called "Found". We interviewed four persons who were looking for their birth parents and Gold Creek hired a company to try and find their birth parents. This sermon intro for found contains excerpts from two interviews. For me the most compelling one was the woman whose mother abandoned her in a movie theatre.

This next intro video was for one of the edgier sermon series that Gold Creek did. The sermon series was entitled "Permanent Ink"

This next video was created as an in house advertisement for a new tween boy's program the church was starting, entitled "Wildboys".

Wildboys

This video was another in house advertisement to inform the congregation of our childrens department upcoming summer program.

Very Best Summer Program

And this last video I have posted here was part of a Summer Childrens Series. It was an ongoing cow milking contest called "Got Milk".

Sermon Graphics I've Created or Collaborated On

These graphics were created to serve as PowerPoint sermon titles that would display as the teaching pastor would be introducing his message. This first series were created for a series of sermons that we called "Listen to the Music." Whenever we would finish a regular sermon series that ran from 4-6 weeks, we would insert these one day stand alone sermons based on a song that was in the top ten charts of there particular genre.

These next set of sermon title themes were based on television series that were current when the series was running.

Of course with some of the series we played off of moves that were current at the time such as "Bucket List."

Here we played off of the launch of Microsoft's new search engine "Bing".

This next graphic title was created for a series we did in the Spring of 2009. It was called appetite. It revolved around things that we have appetites for. We built a kitchen on the stage off to one side and each week we brought in a guest chef who would be cooking a specialty plate of his, which would be served to the congregation at the end of the service.
